Re-Opening after Stay at Home Ordinance

We have missed everyone and are so excited to see you again! We had a long pause due to COVID-19, but are back and stronger than ever! During the break we made a lot of changes to enhance our business that we hope you enjoy. This very website being one of them! Also, follow us on Instagram and check out our new YouTube channel!

Upon your next visit, please welcome our new policies as they are in everyone’s best interest for your health and safety. Here are a few of our re-opening guidelines. We will have them displayed at the front counter along with a waiver for you to sign before your next appointment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Re-Opening Guidelines (this pertains to The Body Mechanic LMT and Pilates by Kahley):

• All instructors and therapists will be wearing masks and we strongly encourage all clients to wear a mask as well.

• For your protection, we ask that everyone wash their hands in the restroom upon arrival to the studio.

• Shoes must be taken off at the door.

• Reservations are required for all massages and pilates classes to limit the number of people in the studio.

• We are asking everyone to stay in their cars until your appointment/class start time.

• Please give a 24hr cancelation for your appointment if you currently have or have had the following symptoms within the last 14 days:

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fever

  • Chills

  • Repeated shaking with chills

  • Sore throat

  • New loss of taste or smell

• Please give a 24hr cancelation for your appointment if you have been around someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or are quarantining due to possible exposure. Also, if you have traveled out of state or internationally we ask that you quarantine for 14 days before returning to the studio.
